Our goal is to process and ship your order within 2 days. Depending on the weight we will decide whether to ship to you via Priority Mail or UPS Ground Rate Service. This is our standard shipping. Priority Mail from Hawaii takes 3 to 5 days. UPS service takes about 5 to 7 days for delivery. If you specifically request UPS 2nd Day service an additional $5.00 will be charged. We do not ship using Parcel Post as this goes by boat from Hawaii and could take from 4 to 6 weeks. If you want us to mark your package with delivery instructions such as “Leave on porch” or “No signature required” we will not be responsible for lost packages.

We will ship orders every Tuesday for all orders received the previous week.
$33 for all orders of our Kukui skin care products
$40 for orders that include Macadamia cooking oils.
(Macadamia oil gallons not available for international shipping.)
OTHER INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We have a $50.00 minimum order requirement for all International Orders. When we receive the order, we will email you the rate for your approval prior to shipping. You may also be required to pay local Customs Fees and Taxes charged by the country of import upon delivery.
